USCIB has been advised that Aruba and Curacao will accept ATA Carnets as a means of temporary importation, though they are not formally part of the ATA system.

Aruba Customs

By obtaining a Carnet, importers will avoid the posting of 3% duty otherwise payable at the time of import.
